Affirmations are great! 

Admit it. More than once in your life you said to yourself ‘I can’t do it’ or ‘I’m stupid’. These thoughts when repeated over and over again in our head have a massive impact on our self-esteem. Decreasing it and making us feel well, pretty bad! 

But wait… 

We can learn to stop! Next time you hear yourself say anything negative, stop and say the opposite. For example, turn ‘I’m stupid’ into ‘I’m intelligent and I’m trying hard’. Simple things like these help us feel more optimistic about life, increasing our happiness and our sense of self worth! WE WANT TO FEEL GOOD. Everyone does, and you can too! 

Here are some affirmations I like to use. 

  1. I am healthy
  2. I am happy
  3. I am loving
  4. I am caring
  5. I am honest
  6. I am patient
  7. I am energetic
  8. I am organised 
  9. I am intelligent
  10. I am attractive
  11. I am creative
  12. I am generous
  13. I am wealthy
  14. I am thoughtful 
  15. I am passionate
  16. I am grateful for all that I am
  17. I love being me
